Job Description

:

Genex Clinic Laboratory is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, and be dedicated to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with local regulations, financial policies, and reporting requirements. Process payroll and manage employee expense claims. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Support the finance team in implementing accounting software and financial systems improvements. Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
