Job Description

Candidate's Responsibilities:

Responsible to perform general ledger account reconciliation through proper verification, and identification of the data or report.

Analyze revenue on a daily basis and examine for any possible anomalies or discrepancies.

Establish and maintain updated records and reports for profit & loss, assets, and liabilities of the company.

Keeping track of accounts payable with vendors to ensure that bills are paid on time.

Administer all payment transactions including, printing, obtaining signatories from management and clients, and distribution of checks as necessary.

Strictly maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Complies with the financial legal requirements and enforces adherence to the requirements.

Formulates timely reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Performs general administration in recording data, verifying details, and proper filing of documents.

Coordinates and prepare the necessary documentation for audit.

Develop and maintain an effective accounting process in the department.

Candidate's Profile

:

We are looking for a qualified Accountant with the following qualification:

Bachelor's or Master Degree in Accountancy

Experience in Real Estate Industry

Upholds the value of integrity and honesty

Strong attention to details

Effective communicator and negotiator

Expert proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Accounting related platforms
