Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Oversee the complete accounting and bookkeeping process according to each
client's specific requirements.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and
regulations.

2. Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to
address inquiries, provide updates, and address any concerns.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
and exceptional service delivery.

3. Project Management:

Coordinate and manage one-time projects, ensuring all tasks are assigned,
deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed to the client's satisfaction.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to
ensure timely completion.

4. Deadline Compliance:

Ensure all client assignments and projects are completed within the specified
deadlines.

Implement efficient workflows and allocate resources effectively to meet project
timelines.

5. Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and tax client team, fostering
a collaborative and productive work environment.

Delegate tasks appropriately, monitor team performance, and provide feedback
and coaching as needed.

6. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management to support the
overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements:

Education

: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance (M-Com); CMA (Finalist) or ACCA (Finalist); CA preferred.

Language

: Fluent in English.

Experience:

2 years of experience in accounting and financial consulting.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks).

Benefits:

Salary

: AED 2500 to AED 3000 per month

Note: This position is only open to residents of the United Arab Emirates.
