Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial transactions, records, and reports. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.). Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Work closely with management to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience (Real Estate industry preferred)

? Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax laws
? Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
? Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
