Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working in the real estate industry in Dubai and be proficient in using accounting systems like ODOO and SAP. This role involves both office-based accounting duties and fieldwork, including client visits and site inspections. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to travel as needed.

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate Agency in Dubai.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

or related field. Proven experience using

ODOO

and

SAP

accounting systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in using accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.

Valid UAE driving license

and

own car

are mandatory.

Accountability:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare financial reports and assist in audits. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Perform fieldwork, visiting Banks, properties, and sites as required for finance department purposes. Conduct audit( Internal &External) and controlling invoicing, and documentation related to real estate transactions.
