We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, transactions, and reporting in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in financial management, and the ability to ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Process payroll, invoices, and tax returns (VAT compliance).
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Work with auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency.
Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance (UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT, and tax laws in the UAE.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
