Job Description

What you will do:

• Reconciling the company's bank statements.
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices.
• Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.
• Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Filing of VAT Return as per UAE Law.
• Perform Bookkeeping duties, Accounts Payables, Vendor Reconciliation, Daily entries, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, local tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software - Tally and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments..
