We are urgently hiring for the position of Accountant.

Please refer to the below criteria for the interviews:

• Candidates on a Sponsorship Visa/Own Visa/Freelancer Visa/Employment Visa (With NOC) shall only apply.
• Female Candidates only.
• 01 year sales experience in delivery / courier industry.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or manual systems, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

VAT Filing: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE VAT regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filings to avoid penalties.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and receipts related to COD transactions, ensuring timely reimbursement to shippers and accurate recording of transactions.

COD Reimbursement : Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile COD collections and reimburse shippers promptly, maintaining clear documentation and transparency in financial transactions.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, providing valuable insights to management.

Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and shipping industry practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
