The Role

Accountant - Dubai, UAE We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the company. - Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns. - Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Assist in the budgeting process by providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts. - Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. - Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on various projects. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying them as necessary.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA or equivalent certification is a plus. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar industry. - IFRS and Corporate Tax in UAE experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
