Duties & Responsibilities
- Invoicing clients, preparing payments and handling petty cash
- Reviewing bank statements, bank reconciliations and managing all cash flows.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and provide documentations required by auditors
- Has knowledge in filing UAE VAT
- Preparing and reviewing agreements (consignment, loan, production, etc.)
- Manage local and international logistics
- Inventory Management
- Has working knowledge in preparing condition reports, delivery notes and insurance applications
- Assisting in PRO activities and HR duties
- Overall management of day-to-day operations,
- Prepare correspondences and do secretarial work
Job Requirements:
• B.Com Graduate, must be proficient with MS Office
• At least one year experience in accounting and finance
• Mac User
• Has working knowledge in accounting system such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
• Art or Logistics experience is an advantage
• Has strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Preferably female
