Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in tax compliance, auditing, and a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with UAE laws, managing financial operations, and providing insights to enhance the organization's financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with UAE accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE tax laws.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Monitor tax updates in the UAE and provide guidance on corporate tax implementation.
• Auditing:
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial processes comply with UAE laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks in financial operations.
• Compliance with UAE Laws:
• Ensure all financial activities comply with UAE Commercial Companies Law, FTA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE labor, tax, and financial regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Reporting and Advisory:
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Internal Controls:
• Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Develop financial policies and processes in line with UAE compliance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on UAE tax and compliance.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, corporate tax, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Soft Skills:
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
