Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management.
Administration:
• Maintain office records and documentation.
• Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors.
Human Resources:
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Handle employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support performance reviews and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, administration, or HR roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
