Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our restaurant and cafe team the ideal candidate will manage financial records ensure compliance with accounting principles, and support our business operations with accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

2-Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

3-Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions for both the restaurant and cafe.

4-Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

5-Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics.

6-Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

7-Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits.

8-Generate financial reports to support management decisions.

9-Collaborate with operations and management to optimize financial performance.

10-Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
