We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of accounting principles, with specialized expertise in Letters of Credit (LC) payments and office administration. Position Overview:
As an Accountant atDutch Star Construction Co LLC , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including overseeing LC payment processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in office accounting functions. This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage LC payments and related documentation.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and statements.
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in audits and tax filing processes as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge and experience with LC payments and international trade finance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
