Falcon Oasis Tours is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits
• Handle payroll and employee benefits
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
• Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
