Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in financial management and reporting, particularly in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least candidates must have 5 years of experience , including 2 years in the UAE , and knowledge of construction-related financial processes., and be familiar with the financial nuances of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and VAT filing.
• Process payroll and address discrepancies.
• Handle construction-specific accounting, including project costs and billings.
• Manage banking operations and cash flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• Experience: 5 years in accounting (2 years in UAE); construction experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial modeling; strong attention to detail and communication.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Location: Sharjah, Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
