• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing.
• Reconcile inventory accounts with warehouse stock and monitor discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission.
• Oversee cost control related to warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate cash flow management.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory tracking and reporting.
• Assist in audits, both internal and external, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and other financial data.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a warehouse or trading environment.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Excellent understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with warehouse teams.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
