Job Title: Accounting Specialist - Owners Association Management

Job Summary:

The General Accountant manages financial transactions, ensures accurate record-keeping, and prepares financial reports. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience; CPA/CA is a plus.
