We're looking for a diligent Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
To excel in this role, applicant must exhibit critical thinking skills, proficiency in mathematics, and a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting practices. Candidates with excellent report writing abilities who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team environment are highly desired.

Job Responsibilities : • Analyzing financial data and preparing balance sheets.
• Collaborating with management and staff to develop budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
• Resolving queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Conducting accurate reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions, and organizing and filing invoices.
• Adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
• Assisting in financial and tax audits, as well as general ledger preparation.
• Assisting in data entries and ensure all data entries accuracy reconciling with supporting documents / reports.
• Preparing income tax returns and fulfilling corporate reporting obligations.
• Generating monthly financial statements encompassing cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Completing month-end closing procedures.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (required).
• Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certification/ ACCA (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 year of accounting experience (required).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking capabilities paired with proficiency in mathematics.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.
