Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow management.
Manage tax filings, including preparing and submitting tax returns.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred but not required.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
