:
Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger and other balances and accounts up to finalization.
• Knowledgeable on bank transfers, bank transactions, preparing invoices and receipts.
• Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishments
• Knows how to do Account Statement Reports
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Preparation of Agent's Commission
• Knowledgeable on TAS System
• Familiar with UAE tax and respective regulations.
• Familiar with Quick Books accounting software.
• Update financial data in the database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Knowledgeable in account reconciliation, have keen eyes into details, closing books & variance analysis
• Knowledgeable on Escrow and financial audits.
• Professional manner, strong work ethic and can work under pressure.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Real Estate Experience is an advantage
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting in the UAE;
• Experience in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero or Zoho;
• Knowledge and experience in IFRS accounting;
• Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of vlookup and pivot functions);
• Can work independently;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
And it is great if you have the following in addition:
ACCA/ACA/CPA or similar qualification or working towards it;
