We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and support tax planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA is preferred.
• years of accounting experience, preferably in Real estate sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
