Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team in a Car Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits.
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns and ensuring timely submission to tax authorities, maintaining
• Providing administrative support to the finance department, including filing, correspondencehandling, and maintaining financial records.
• Managing the petty cash as per the business requirement and creating & updating expenses reports.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing
• Capable for Managing Sister companies

Qualifications:.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in UAE accounts.
