Job Description

1. Manage the complete project life cycle from beginning till closure of project from Financial prospectus.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain construction management system, including setting up projects, budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and various construction progress reports

3. Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job-related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements

4. Managing the preparation of monthly invoices for all billable projects based on millstone, including all applicable backup.

5. Frequent accounting meetings with the construction/project management team to review upcoming projections/billings.

6. Deep understanding of Projects BOQs.

7. Investigating the project cost variances and submitting these variance reports to the management.

8. Act as a cost controller for projects

9. Reviewing project budgets, staffing, and work plans.

10. Performing monthly closings, and preparing/organizing various reports, financial forms, and analyses

11. Prepare/gather materials related to construction and cost accounting matters for internal auditors.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Must be a strong and organized finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Specific requirements include:

1. Master's degree in accounts and finance required, CMA, ACCA preferred

2. 5+ years experience in construction industry, UAE experience prefered.

3. Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting

4. Extensive experience with Good ERP, preferred Odoo

5. Able to join ASAP.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
