Healthcare Accountant Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Accountant Responsibilities and Duties:

• Balancing patient account and collect payment for services rendered
• Review bills and claims for accurate data
• Enter data into company database
• Maintaining and protect employee payrolls
• Maintain all staff and patient files in the company database
• Preparing billing reports and documents to provide state and federal government agencies as needed
• Identifying and resolving problems and inaccuracies in data entries
• Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
• Securing financial data by completing database backup
• Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering to queries
• Maintaining accounting controls by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement
• Handle financial transaction by auditing documents
• Recommending financial action by analyzing accounting option
• Documenting financial transaction by entering account information

Accountant Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with experience in accounting
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinics
• Extensive knowledge about administrative duties
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
• Knowledge about MS office, and excel
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Handle difficult situations involving customer, the physician in a professional manner
• Complete assignment accurately promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED500.00 per month

Experience:
