Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Payroll Processing: Support payroll functions by ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during audits conducted by external auditors or regulatory agencies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles in UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
