Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with proficiency in accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilites:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including balance sheet, income statements, cash flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Monthly reconciliation of cash and bank accounts and credit cards.
• Timely preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, Corporate Tax and other relevant tax filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare Proforma and Tax invoices.
• Payroll management, prepare salaries in compliance with WPS.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for cash management.
• Ensuring compliance with in regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 Experience in UAE in a similar role
• Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of accounting softwares such as Zoho Books, Quick books, Tally etc
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/accounting/audit
