We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial transactions for the retail division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Ensure accurate recording of daily sales transactions.

Reconcile daily sales transactions and bank deposits.

Prepare and file VAT returns in a timely manner.

Provide support during annual financial audits.

Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assist in inventory management by reconciling inventory accounts and conducting periodic audits.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the retail division.

Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and compliance requirements

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail accounting or a similar role.

Strong understanding of retail operations and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
