Job Description
Job Responsibilities & Experiences
Well experience in VAT regulations, entries, documentations and VAT submission.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
From Ledger creation, Journal entries to Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Fund Flow statement and MIS Report as per requirement of Management.
Maintenance of Financial Accounts on a day-to-day basis without any backlog in an accurate manner.
Preparation of Sales Invoices and maintaining accurate Receivable statement.
Ensuring timely collection of all dues from Customers and provide the daily receivables statement with ageing analysis to the Sales, Operation team and Top management.
Inventory control & Petty cash management.
Preparing Supplier's SOA based on accurate supporting documents & processing timely payment.
Languages: Excellent communication skill in English.
Working Experience : not less than 3 years as an Accountant in UAE .
Academic Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting.
Software Experience : well knowledge & experience in Excel, Word & ERP system.
