: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho Books and be capable of handling the pressures of a fast-paced work environment. They must be able to complete assigned tasks on time without any delays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support the management in financial decision-making.
• Perform other accounting duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is a must.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
