We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Ensure accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filing.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide support for financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices is a plus.
