Billing:

Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices.
Ensure accuracy of invoices and related documents.
Record and process incoming payments.

Collections:

Follow up on outstanding receivables.
Address customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
Implement effective collections strategies.

Credit Management:

Assess and approve customer credit limits.
Monitor overdue accounts and manage credit risks.
Establish and enforce payment terms and bank guarantees.

Master Data Maintenance:

Maintain and update accurate customer records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of financial statements, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
