We are looking for an organized, U.A.E experience accountant with Food and Beverage background only. Job description:
- Control the Food and Beverage outlet in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Check the cost of sales in restaurant and ensure that costs are within budget.
- Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Preparing Food and Beverage report.
- Submit daily and monthly F&B Sales Report for management review.
- Conduct surprise spot checks.
- Participate in stock taking and making the report.
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the restaurant without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
- Coordinate with management to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.
- Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills or other records(randomly).
- Job Type: Full-time
