- Experience in using Tally and other Community Management Systems
- Familiarity in MOLLAK system and Trust Account / Escrow Account is preferred
- Experience of Budget Reviews and Financial Audit
- Liaising with the Authority if required
- Experienced in MS Excel
- Can do attitude
- Attention to details
- Education: Degree (UAE Attested Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Language: English (Required)
- Driving License(Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mollak: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
- Financial Audit: 2 years (Preferred)
- Tally: 2 years (Required)

- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
