: We are currently seeking a highly organized and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing financial insights to support the companys financial health and decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax returns.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
