Job Purpose:To perform and manage the functions of financial accounting, management accounting, regulatory reporting, accounts payables & vendor management for all group entities.Responsibilities:
Maintaining books of accounts including general & subsidiary ledgers, bank module and timely closure of financial books on a monthly basis.
Responsible for error free financial reporting to Management.
Preparation of MIS for local management including developing adhoc reports.
Regulatory reporting on a quarterly and annual basis for all location (UAE, Oman, Qatar).
Administrative support for India
Participation in annual budgeting exercise and preparation of budget date for all entities.
Payables / Receivables management.
Assist Company Secretary in preparation for the Board meetings.
Maintenance of accounting and reporting systems.
Assist the CFO/COO on specific projects.
Coordinate with Internal / Statutory auditors of the entities.
Support on all banking matters.
Operating Environment, Farmework, Boundaries and Decision Making Authority:
Ensure all accounting is as per the group policies and procedures and IFRS
Ensure all payments are as per the ADMs of the respective entities
Interaction with regulators, internal / statutory auditors and banking contact of the entities
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
10 years of experience in finance and accounting functions.
Well Versed with IFRS.
Working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across locations (DFSA / QFCRA)
Working knowledge of accounting systems (preferably Business Central Dynamics 365) reporting tools and MS office applications.
Additional knowledge on company law requirements in all the countries across locations.
