We are looking for an Ambitious, Professional and Experienced Accountant to provide support to the Finance and Sales Department in a Rent A Car Company. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance/accounting with at least 2 years Accounting Experience in a Rent A Car Company and knows Tally Accounting Software. She must be flexible and willing to learn. She must be responsible for the following: 1. Invoicing of Regular and new clients. 2. Updating of Salik and Vehicle Fines. 3. Sending Invoices and Follow up collection. 4. Posting of Customer Payment. 5. Tracking Cert Request including payment posting. 6. Immobilization and mobilization of cars from the Tracking Company. 7. Daily monitoring of Speed limit. 8. Deposit Refund Preparation and payment. 9. Final Invoice Preparation. 10. Reconciliation analysis of Customer ledger and Deposit Refund Accounts. 11. Assist Senior Accountant in the quarterly Vat Filing. 12. Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of yearly closings. 13. She will cover the work of the Sales Lady and the Senior Accountant during their vacation. 14. Other Duties that might be assigned from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Tally Software: 2 years (Preferred)
