We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management. This role will involve working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial records. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in year-end audit preparations
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
