Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the team to manage financial related affairs of the Company and Private Office. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, expenses management, purchase orders, develop financial reporting.Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger by processing all Private Office and Company related invoices, payments, and purchases.
Summarize and prepare financial records and statements
Expense Management
Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings.
Conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings.
Organize and file all federal, state and local income tax documents.
Contribute to budgeting procedures.
Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and recommend solutions to improve results.
Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes.
Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations.
Respond to tax and accounting related issues.
Handling employees payroll with good knowledge of WPS and MOHRE rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years\' proven experience as a public accountant preferred in GCC.
CPA certification is preferred.
Outstanding tax knowledge of local, and federal regulations.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
