Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgets, financial statements, and cash flow.
• Develop and implement financial policies and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred) with CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
