Administrative Responsibilities
• Office Management :
• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and efficient.
• Documentation and Records :
• Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Prepare and manage official documents like invoices, contracts, and reports.
• Compliance and Reporting :
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Prepare administrative reports for management.
Accounting Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping :
• Record financial transactions in the Microsoft Excel
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable :
• Process invoices and track payments.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Banking and Reconciliation :
• Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash.
Skills Required
• Proficiency in accounting Ms excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of office and financial management tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
