• The Accountant will support the Tax Back-Office of the company on tax operational matters.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and updating the monthly calendar and tracker to ensure correct and timely filing of all Tax Returns based on country specific tax calendars
• Should be able to provide assistance in VAT registration, preparation, submission, and filing of VAT returns, maintenance of all records related to tax transactions.
• Coordinate with Internal Departments efficiently to complete and assure client requirements/ deliverables on time.
• Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Responding to internal and external emails .
• Follow up and facilitating client service with help of other departments
• Act as coordinator for internal communications.
• Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Desired Experience
• Hands-on experience with MS Office
• Handling calls and delivering messages.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
Desired Qualification
• A graduate/post graduate with minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Accountant Cum Admin Officer.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.
• Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional behaviour.
