Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant cum Inventory Controller to manage financial transactions and inventory operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring proper stock management, and streamlining inventory processes to optimize cost control and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions comply with accounting principles.
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Handle tax calculations, VAT compliance, and filing of necessary reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Inventory Control Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, purchases, and sales.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock replenishment.
• Analyze inventory trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement best practices for inventory tracking and optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Aluminium & Steel Manufacturing Company.
• Familiarity with VAT and tax regulations in UAE.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
