About Us:
Our law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced accountant cum administrator with HR expertise to join our team temporarily. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial accounts, providing administrative support, and managing the HR function of our legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process payroll for staff and maintain employee records.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the firm.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing of required FTA as well as tax returns
- Compile, file and ensure timely payment of VAT Returns and ensure documents maintained for appropriate period.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Female (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
This role would require someone on a spouse or family sponsorship due to the duration of job.
