Job Title: Accountant cum HR & PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant cum HR & PRO to handle accounting, HR, and PRO functions. The ideal candidate will have a UAE Driving License, at least two years of relevant experience in the UAE, and a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, accounting procedures, and government-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure proper handling of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist with tax filing and VAT-related activities.
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and other day-to-day financial tasks.
HR Responsibilities:
• Handle the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding, including visa and work permit processing.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with UAE labor law.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service benefits.
• Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee rights and welfare.
PRO (Public Relations Officer) Duties:
• Coordinate with government authorities for visa and work permit processing.
• Handle all labor and immigration documentation, including renewals of labor cards, visas, and Emirates IDs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employee documentation.
• Assist in company licensing, permits, and other legal formalities with government bodies.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Labor, and Immigration for any legal procedures.
• Represent the company in government offices when necessary.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting, HR, and PRO role in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Certifications: UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of VAT and other tax-related regulations in the UAE.
