We're looking for a Account cum admin with one year of experience to support our accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting Support: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
• Administrative Duties: Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data and maintain databases.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and vendors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in accounting or administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• ability to multitask
