Hiring Accountant cum Administrator for IT(ELV) company.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns..
• Handle office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain and organize company records and files.
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
• Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime Software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of VAT and other UAE accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
