Accountant Cum Administration Executive

Job Description

We are a leading accounting and auditing services firm based in the UAE, committed to providing exceptional financial solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking experienced female professionals to join our team and utilize their skills in a professional and engaging manner.

We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed even if extended efforts are required.

Location: Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and candidate's potential.

:

• Coordinate with Internal Departments efficiently to complete and assure client requirements/ deliverables on time.
• Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Responding to internal and external emails .
• Follow up and facilitating client service with help of other departments
• Act as coordinator for internal communications.
• Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on experience with MS Office
• Handling calls and delivering messages.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

Desired Qualification

• A graduate/post graduate with minimum of 5 -8 years of experience as an Accounts Cum Admin Officer reporting directly to senior management.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.
• Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional behaviour.
