We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Admin cum HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, administrative tasks, and human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulation and assist with tax preparation.
• Perform periodic financial analysis to identify tends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.
Administrative:
• Handle office administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Manage and coordinate office operations, including answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, and responding to emails.
• maintain physical and digital records and files.
• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, placing orders, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Human Resources:
• Manage employee records and documentation.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations and provide support for performance management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, administration, and human resources.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, HR Certification) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
