We are looking for an Accountant cum Admin for our company's day-to-day operations.
Job description
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Administrative duties as required by the manager
Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Preferably with experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Preferably Philippines Nationality/ Female
• Salary: AED 3000- 3500 depending on experience
